Every natural/legal person providing professional services is obliged to submit the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Risk Supervision Report to the Service by January 31, 2026.

Registration for BARTA 2021 is ending soon!

Registration for Best Annual Report and Transparency Award (BARTA) is ending soon! 

The award will be given to the companies with the best Management Report. The competition is organized by the European Union and the World Bank, in partnership with the National Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Reform Support Fund (RSF). The aim of this competition is to facilitate capital markets’ activity and investors’ interest, through increased quality and transparency of the Reports.

This year BARTA is open to all companies that are public interest entities (PIEs).

The deadline for companies to submit is October 31, 2021.
