Rendering professional services remotely is not restricted for the duration of the state of emergency

According to the ordinance N211 of the Government of Georgia, published on April 2, 2020, rendering professional services (including accounting, reporting and auditing, as well as tax advisory services, business and other management consultancy activities) remotely is permitted.

Considering the form and type of the permitted economic activities, remote working regime means working from home. In cases of critical necessity it is allowed to work from an office with some restrictions (for example, gatherings of more than 5 people is banned).

For more information, view the Ordinance N181 of 23 March 2020 and the Ordinance N211 of 1 April 2020 of the Government of Georgia.
