SARAS created a working group for interpretations of the Financial Reporting Standard for the Fourth Category Entities

The objective of the working group of interpretations of the Financial Reporting Standards for the Fourth Category Entities is to elaborate methodical guidelines on the standard, interpret key issues and prepare recommendation proposals.

The working group is comprised of:

• Davit Mchedlidze – Head of the Accounting and Reporting Supervision Department (Primary Structural Unit) of The Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision; Head of the Working Group;
• Anzor Mzhavanadze – within the framework of the Asian Development Bank Project a Quality Assurance Consultant of the Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision, Member of the Working Group;
• Ekaterine Tsanava - Founder and Head of Accounting-Consulting Company "ACT" Ltd., Member of the Working Group;
• Levan Baindurashvili - Deputy Head of Tax and Customs Methodology Department of the LEPL Revenue Service, member of the Working Group;
• Levan Sabauri - Professor, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, member of the Working Group;
• Lela Khuchua - Senior Specialist of the Accounting and Reporting Supervision Department (Primary Structural Unit) of the Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision; member of the Working Group;
• Mariam Koiava - Managing Partner of Consulting Company "Savi", member of the Working Group;
• Mikheil Chelidze - President of the Georgian Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises Association and the Managing Partner of Financial Office, member of the Working Group;
• Nika Koiava - Associate Professor, Ilia State University, member of the Working Group;
• Revaz Dzadzamia – Director of Ltd. Institute of Professional Accountants and "Consaudi", member of the Working Group;
• Shalva Akhrakhadze - Managing Partner of the Consulting Company "Financial Laboratory", member of the Working Group.
